If noise bothers you, don't consider this place. Jets from BWI airport are constantly flying overhead and there's a fire department roughly 1 mile down the road. The moderate size of the place is an asset. I'm not meant for living in a multi dwelling situation so I imagine my opinion isn't realistic. If you don't need privacy or a yard this is a place worth looking into. I've also noticed that the neighbors are cordial and respect 1 anothers' space.

So far...unimpressed, although largely annoyed. Repeatedly requested HOA Policy info before purchasing condo and what I received was basically nothing. Now I'm here and finding that that's what the HOA provides...basically nothing.

Overall it was nice place to live despite nosy/rude neighbors. PROS Good size starter Condos. Yard crew does a fairly good job. Within walking distance of Freetown Elementary Pool is quiet most of the time (if you have kids make sure they are potty trained and try to avoid the older people). CONS The well meaning HOA can be a little heavy handed and strict (once left my daughters shoes outside to air dry for a few days and got a letter). Fees can be a little high (HOA, Frontage, etc).
