Rented a storage unit as we move from Texas. Visited in May. Arrived during posted working hours. Other people were also waiting in their car at 2:00 pm in the afternoon - after being told it a representative would be there to meet them. Accessed the facility through the gate but could not get in to my storage unit. The electronic lock to the storage unit did not work. No one responded to multiple telephone calls or my emails. Cheryl Is Definitely An Asset To Tiger Storage. She Is Very Friendly, Very Knowledgeable, And Keeps Tiger Storage VERY Clean And Safe.
Went in to check out storage units at pearman dairy location and Jim took me to a couple of units and showed them to me. He answered every question I had and let me know if I had any other questions to feel free to contact him and he would be glad to help. Great guy
