Hands down my favorite nail salon — and I say that as a guy who doesn’t hand out praise lightly. This place sets the standard. I have been here many times and for the most part, it is a great experience. However, my last visit was less than ideal. Although the technician was kind, there were a couple issues with the service (pedicure). First of all, when she went to cut my nails I assumed she would just be evening them out so they were all the same length. Instead she cut down shorter on nails that definitely did not need to be cut. They were so short that she was barely able to file them. Secondly, the massage was very uncomfortable. The service at Pearly Nails is the best. The staff are friendly and accommodating to their customers. My daughter and I went for spa pedicures and they did an amazing job, we felt so pampered. The salon is clean and inviting. The massage chairs are very relaxing. We will be back!
I went here strictly on the reviews and they did not disappoint! What a relaxing, comforting experience. All the ladies here (Mei, Simone, Yen, Tiffany and Nancy) were all so professional, yet so personal. I had Simone, my husband got Mei and we both walked away so impressed. We will definitely be returning in 6-8 weeks. I have a physical disability that impairs the movement in my left foot and Simone was so gentle and modified any positions for myself. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable.
