Glenda is very knowledgeable and experienced, however i was not happy with the customer service received from her receptionist. When i first called pearls of change they told me they did not take my insurance, then later that day they told me they did. So i proceeded with the paperwork and setting my first appointment. After two sessions they charged $200 to my card, i called to ask about the charge and they said i was not covered by my insurance after all.
