Glenda is very knowledgeable and experienced, however i was not happy with the customer service received from her receptionist. When i first called pearls of change they told me they did not take my insurance, then later that day they told me they did. So i proceeded with the paperwork and setting my first appointment. After two sessions they charged $200 to my card, i called to ask about the charge and they said i was not covered by my insurance after all. Very unhappy with the customer service and experience that was provided from this company. I scheduled an appointment with Glenda Demas through Headway and called to confirm but was informed by her that the lag time from them to her was delayed and she didn’t have an appointment scheduled for my daughter. She then went on to tell me that an appointment would be scheduled for my daughter through Pearls of Change for today December 15th.
