We had an excellent experience with Ankita. She was extremely responsive and on top of things helping us prepare for our big day and the day of. My teenage granddaughter who’s not old enough to enter into a contract put down a $300 deposit for a sendoff party for prom not knowing that her mother had already arranged and paid for a service when she asked to get her money back she was told no refunds…. Totally unfair and not legal. I would not recommend this service although they may do great work what they did to my daughter who is a single mother Is criminal
