I stood at her door ringing the doorbell for my appointment on July 31 12:45pm. She didn't answer so I called her.. She picked up her phone and said she was out of town and wouldn't be back until Monday and I could schedule an appointment at 2 o'clock that day.. Dana is super sweet and very professional always on time and always makes sure you are satisfied with her work I’m very pleased. I just read A.C. G's review I'm editing my review to reply to her about Dana being absent from her appointment. That does not sound like her unless it is an emergency Dana has never forgotten an appointment with me and my family and we are 5 people.
