I was told my dresses were ready and on their way to PB, as of last week. I was told by the Manager of PB! I am just wondering how to get BOTH of my dresses, and if I can actually get these. I have no idea if PB has my address on file, and I am quite upset that the manager failed to let me know that they were shutting down, as my dress was to be "ready" the 15th of May, one day AFTER they shut down. I order my dress on 4/30/2018, paid in full, and just found out a week ago that the store is closing. I didn’t received an arrival date for my dress and neither my $1,300. They haven’t contacted me and I know is too late for me to order another dress somewhere else sence my wedding is on August 10th. I feel so stressed out not knowing if I will have my dream wedding gown for my special day! I will write a good review until I get my dress.
I ordered my Bridal Dress back in August of 2017. I was told by multiple sales associates that my Bridal Dress would be ready in six months. Read the policy very closely and do not pay in full until you see your dress. My heart is heavy for the women who are scraping together the money to get the dress of their dreams and end up with heartache and/or nothing. I will be contacting the BBB. Update 5/14/18 This is the note that was posted on the Pearl Bridal PHOENIX website today. Unfortunately many brides, including myself, have pending dresses with them. We all paid in full for the dresses as well as Alterations. Now we are stuck without knowing how or when dressed will arrive; nor in what shape. Because they will be filing bankruptcy the likelihood of reimbursement is zero..
