I went to the Oakbrook Terrace Facility. My first contact person was with Josephine. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Knew more about my Insurance then I did. I already had a prescription for glasses so I just needed to pick a frame. She helped me chose a frame that was complimentary to my face and yet accommodate my prescription. A+.
