Great customer service from Dr Velez and Pearl Vision. Fast and very easy to work with. Lovely staff and personal for a wonderful experience. Will be using this location going forward!
I am a retired doctor and can recognize a personable caring and great professional. Easy parking and clean cozy office. I have had many eye exams since 1970 and Dr.Velez is the best. She takes the time to listen and answer questions without rushing or dismissing you. I have been here 4 times now and there is no changes in her professional demeanor. Will continue to go back and highly recommend her.
Kenneth and Eddie were awesome! My wife selected a pair of glasses and contacts from them. They were great with explaining details about the variety of eye wear to choose. They were knowledgable about their products and patient with her during this process. Kenneth and Eddie are professional yet personable. Be sure to ask for them! Kudo's to Dr. De La Fuente and Kayla! Dr. is very thorough with your exam and explains the process. Kayla greets you with a smile and makes your office visit so enjoyable!
Professional service from the front desk. Dr Velez is wonderful, she explained everything and gave me options to accommodate my needs.
I called in to see if I can schedule an eye exam and also get a temporary pair of contacts, since I am out and have been here before. Ky, the receptionist, was rude and kept the conversation going with one word answers. Her answer to everything was “no”, and I had to ask her multiple times to elaborate to understand why. Not to mention, I had to call 4 times just to get an answer. Don’t recommend having to deal with a bad attitude unless everyone else around is closed.
