I went today for an exam and was told I didn’t have insurance and I said I did and she stated we cannot find you in the system. I would have to pay out of pocket to get the exam. I left and went to my car looked up my insurance and called them back and stated I told you I had coverage and she said well it must be one we don’t participate in and I said it’s the biggest insurance company in the country and she was not pleased. RecommendedThis is my 2nd time in 2 years going there for an exam. My experience couldn't have been any better. They always get my prescription right and accomplished what no optometrist before could do....giving me a great pair of glasses on the first try. I'm so happy I found this place!
I visited the location in Brighton MI for my annual eye exam. I needed new contacts and new eyeglasses. Conveniently for them, they waited until after they had put the dilation drops in my eyes to have me look over the paperwork, when my eyes could not focus on objects close to me so I was having trouble reading the amounts owed and I was getting motion sick because of it.
