I came in and got a pair of prescription glasses and sunglasses with the buy one get one free coupon. I didn't receive an entire pair for free and got charged an additional $50. I was told both would be ready in 4-5 days. I got the glasses 9 days later and 16 days later I have yet to receive the sunglasses. No one can give me a definitive date on when they will be ready.
