I am simply floored by my husband's experience there today! He took the day off work to get an eye exam, we called our insurance and double checked that the provider was in network (i was there two months prior and everything was covered by insurance). My husband got a call a couple days before exam from the front desk person telling him the exam wasn't covered. I called insurance again, they said yes it was. I had been needing a new prescription and pair of glasses and stumbled upon Pearle Vision in Silverdale. After verifying that my insurance would cover an eye exam I was seen within 10 minutes. The Optometrist was pleasant, funny, and VERY efficient and was able to complete an entire eye exam in good time.
