the staff here is very arrogant. I went there for a quick frame check. He was not in a mood to help me.
Quick Service, got an eye exam appointment within a week, they advised me that I could get a better deal at a different place for glasses at a different store (however that store did not accept my insurance). Overall Great service!
Very slow. Just wanted to pick up glasses that were already completed. Staff seemd overwelmed. At the moment, I am still waiting and wondering if they are simply detail oriented as it is an eternity. Perhaps i needed an appointment to pick up these glasses.
