I had an appointment scheduled at 9 am and no one in the office showed up. I waited for 30 minutes and still nothing. This is extremely unprofessional and I certainly will not be back.
I came here 2 years ago and had a great experience, however, I had my eye appointment a little over 3 weeks ago and they ordered the sample contacts for me. I have been calling this place for a status on my order and no one is answering. Online is now showing temporary closed, but previously they were only opened on Saturdays. I did not expect to wait as long as I did just to get my annual eye checkup and a contact lens prescription renewal. I waited for over an hour for a scheduled appointment, and it not was until I asked how much longer it would be until we saw the doctor that I was told that our appointment today would be canceled, due to the doctor running behind and it already being 30 minutes over the time they usually leave. I am not too happy with my prescription. My lens constantly gets cloudy due to moisture in the lens I cleaned them and without wearing them they get cloudy. I’ve paid a lot of money money for my lens and frames, and the lenses are not tight in the frame, making a raddle noise all the time, also they do not transition properly in the sun I brought them back And the technician shined a blue light they got dark, I went back in the sun very bright and the lens barely transitioned very lightly.
