Gave them our business for the past couple years. Waited patiently after christmas to get new glasses that took over a month to come in. Always had to call Amy to get the status on them.. never got updates from them. Today my husband just showed up 10 minutes late to an appointment and the same lady that I worked with for the past couple months wouldnt let him in. Such a joke.
The staff is super friendly and Amy Bassford is who keeps this place great, she has a quick and correct answer to all my questions and I will only go back when i see her working!
Called in for a same day appointment with Dr. Brodeur. I arrived 20 minutes early which wasn't a problem and they got my going right away. The exam lasted 15 minutes and I was in and out with a contact prescription in 30 minutes. Doctor Brodeur and his staff were incredibly friendly, professional & efficient. I am very happy with my experience. I recommend this location and will be returning. Thank you!
