Excellent service. Knowledgeable couple that helped me choose my sunglasses. They even took the initiative to offer to tighten and clean my older sunglasses that I had on me (no charge). They do direct billing with insurance and are easy to work with. They walked me through step-by-step (I didn't get their names, but they are lovely people). Recommended.
Excellent service and quality product and fitting by Manager/Owner, John Chan. We have been dealing with the store for 15 or more years or so. There is outstanding customer service and we do not see any reason to go anywhere else for the price and product.
This Pearle Vision Business is amazing. John is very efficient and attentive. Great prices and great selection of frames. My 2 pair of glasses were ready in one week. Adjustment only on frame...lenses were perfect as always. Thank you for your great service.
