Phenomenal service every visit
Place is okay, but pricey. $149 cash pay for an exam (close to double most places) and the glasses were the most expensive pair I've ever ordered. No issues, but not sure if it's worth the $.
You are a Number, Not a name at this place. Run, don't walk away from this place, Run. If you notice defects with your glasses, take them THAT DAY, DON'T WAIT, if you go past the 1 year warranty, you may not be covered. I had manufactured defects on both lens on my pair, but I waited until about 1 month past that according to Pearle's support team. Took them in and they agreed the lens were defective, a manufactures defect, and would not cover them, so I would have to buy new lens or more just to not be looking through defec... read more
