I was here the other day to get sunglasses. I work in construction and got no clue about the polarization and other stuff with lenses. The staff member Arash was very helpful. She explained it really well and helped me choose the perfect pair. Thank you.
Just got my new progressive glasses at the Pearle Vision in the Sherwood Park Mall. Going to progressives is not something I was looking forward to, but I was helped by Bailey, Arash, and Peggy and all 3 of them were very polite, helpful, and made the process easy for me. There's an optometrist directly next door to this location, so go in and get your eyes checked there and then do the very short walk over to Pearle Vision and let these great people help you out. :)
The ladies at pearle vision are very helpful and make my kids feel at ease when we come in for a check up or adjustments. My daughter is usually very shy around strangers but she opens up and is completely calm when we come in. Highly recommend.
I popped in to Pearl Vision in Sherwood Park Mall in hopes I could get help with some glasses that were not even purchased at Pearl Vision. Peggy was very helpfull in explaining she could attempt to tighten my glasses but because they were plastic frames and older there was no guarantee they wouldn't break. I was totally ok with that and I just wanted them for a trip. Peggy was able to tighten my glasses with no issues! She was so helpfull and I am very greatful for her help.
