I had an amazing experience at this optical store today! My glasses broke, and since I can’t drive without them, I stopped by hoping they could help. The staff were so kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The person who assisted me showed beautiful customer service—professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. Bailee and Arash are the nicest ladies ever! One helped me pick out my new glasses(teenager approved!) and one has helped with adjustments! Highly recommend!
