I had an excellent experience at Pearle Vision, all thanks to Ali! He was incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive throughout my entire visit. Ali took the time to explain my options for glasses and helped me find the perfect pair. His friendly demeanour and professionalism made my visit so much more enjoyable. I highly recommend working with Ali for any of your eye care needs!
Ali and the other blonde gentleman there with the glasses...EXCELLENT customer service! Friendly and super helpful guys! Highly recommend them! Will be going back again to get more prescription glasses in the future!
Brian was very helpful and first finding all of the different styles of glasses and helping me choose between metal frames and plastic explaining the pros and cons of both. And then when it came to discussing the types of lenses and the different packages that were available. He was so very helpful in explaining the difference in my lenses that I was going to choose. I would highly recommend this provision to anyone the people in the staff there were so friendly and helpful. Thanks again.
