UPDATE (July 27, 2026): I called the store and they were unaware of the owner asking me to call the store to resolve this issue. The person answering the phone just stated they cannot know for sure what caused the scratches on my lens and told me how to wipe my lens. I cannot speak to someone directly on their customer service number. I bought prescription sunglasses in May this year. I bought prescription sunglasses in May this year. Not even 2 months later it had scratches on the lens despite buying anti scratch coating. I took it in hoping since I just bought these glasses, they could replace the lens under warranty. It turns out it was an additional cost to buy the warranty and the coating is scratch resistant not scratch proof. I had no choice to buy replacement lens.
