I walked into this establishment greeted with upmost courtesy, If you feel any hesitation about going to this location, don’t. If you find yourself in a conversation with Jorge, he has great hospitality. I wouldn’t visit another location even if someone paid me. They sell children’s glasses here on top of sunglasses whatever it is you may be looking for looking no further. Thank you, Pearle vision.
The staff was nice and attentive. The whole visit was a quick and easy experience.
Not quite sure how to score this visit… I’ve been coming here for years but what I witnessed this morning was a FIRST. Office manager Jessica was very unprofessional in how she spoke to Jenifer with patients sitting in the waiting area. It angered me for the simple lack of respect for patients and her coworker. Again I’ve come here for years and have never experienced this. But Jenifer was still very professional and my exam went great as always. But I highly recommend that Jessica is spoken to about her behavior…
