I had an appointment at 2 and didn’t get seen until 3, we finally left at 4:15 on 11/7. They had my lenses in stock and said they would be ready tomorrow (11/8) I waited until about 4:15PM on 11/8 and finally decided to call, only to find out that apparently they won’t be done until that Monday (11/10). I am super annoyed that they wasted so much of my time.
They are very nice….
I walked into this establishment greeted with upmost courtesy, If you feel any hesitation about going to this location, don’t. If you find yourself in a conversation with Jorge, he has great hospitality. I wouldn’t visit another location even if someone paid me. They sell children’s glasses here on top of sunglasses whatever it is you may be looking for looking no further. Thank you, Pearle vision.
The staff was nice and attentive. The whole visit was a quick and easy experience.
