I'm actually surprised to see so many bad reviews for this location. I came to this location after being treated very poorly at the Kirkwood location. The people that I spoke with were very courteous, and polite. I had to wait, but I came in on a Saturday morning at around 10:30am, and I waited about 15 minutes. Hardly unacceptable. I manage an SEO and Web Design company in St Louis, and have to get glasses once every two years due to staring at a computer screen all day. Very hard on my eyes. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, I had an incident earlier on with this store, even got a response from the Manager, Then Last night I called to order some more contacts, after sitting on HOLD for longer than 2 min, I told the person on the phone what I wanted, and her response was, "Can I call you back" NEVER DID... HORRIBLE Customer Service IDIOTS working there, and all they want is for a person to Spend more...I doubt this will make it to Corporate,But at least I'm letting the public know...
I gave a 1 for quality, since well.. the building's nice and the selection of glasses they have is varied. I actually didn't pay a dime in the store, but was planning to spend about 400 or so after I talk to my insurance and come back. However, once I said, "I'll be back," the attitude completely changed, and they didn't even bother talking to me anymore.
