My glasses were done in one week. However, the right lense was too strong, I couldn't even read with them. They sent back the glasses to be corrected. YESTERDAY WAS 4 WEEKS AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO CORRECT THE LENSE. Just an update we are going into week 5 still no glasses...
Everybody in the office are very knowledgeable and proffesional but its too expensive. With out insurance, for glasses ( the cheapest frame I could find) and exam $480. So its not for everyone.
I had the best experience here. I was greeted by the nicest young lady, Evelyn, who was so helpful and knowledgeable and went over and beyond to make my visit awesome and to make sure I would be a returning customer. The optometrist is also amazing!🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟
Everybody was very kind and I was very happy with the service
Very disappointed with the new glasses Dr Soviar been my optometrist for many years But now the people up front have poor very poor customer service There’s no way I can use my glasses because the transition is horrible
