I have been seeing Dr. Soviar my entire life for glasses and have not had issues until he joined Pearle Vision. Whoever is manufacturing the glasses for them is not competent at their job unfortunately. I couldn't see properly out of my glasses and was dismissively told to "take them home and try them for a few days" as though I haven't been wearing glasses the vast majority of my life or somehow have lost the capacity to know if I am able to see properly or not. This place is terrible. I made an appointment for my son at 12 pm. He had red eyes and drops we’re not working . I thought taking him to optometrist instead of his pediatrician was the way to go . Boy was I wrong . Marry was completely rude! I waited2 hrs for service and then she had the worst attitude ever . Wasn’t listening and just condescending. Will not be back .
If I could leave a zero star review, I would. Was here last year and they were amazing. This year the woman named Mary was so absolutely rude that I had to walk out because I couldn't stand it one more minute. It's all about the money now and not about getting what you need. I will never ever return to this location nor would I suggest anybody else.
