About a month ago my husband and I decided to visit the Pearle Vision Mansfield and we stumbled on a gem. Shannon and Jade are extremely friendly. They were patient as we both were looking for glasses. My husband walked away with a pair that he Loves and I still had my reservation. Well,here I am with my purchase and I love my eyewear as well. My husband & I both went in for glasses & the girl that helped us was so very nice & friendly. She let us take all the time we needed to pick out our frames & lenses & answered all the questions we had. It made our shopping experience quite pleasant.
Went to the new Pearle Vision store in Mansfield. I was blown away at how easy the whole process was. The owners (Shannon and Jeff) have really simplified the glasses buying/insurance experience. Jade is very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable - she helped me find the perfect frame and lens in my budget - there was no pressure. I had an amazing experience purchasing my new Tom Ford glasses! Jade did such a great job helping me select my frames, going over my lens options, and answering all my questions. On top of everything it’s family owned and operated which made it so much better! The Johnson family have such a beautiful location with such a wide selection of frames. I’ll definitely be coming back for sure!
This location closed and I didn’t receive any correspondence to inform me. I have fumbled around for an entire year trying to get my prescription or even use my warranty and spent almost $400 for what? No follow-up. I am so beyond enraged because obviously my vision is important to me, and apparently only me. PEARLE Vision will NEVER receive another dime from me. And if they continue this unprofessionalism they should never get a penny out of you either.
