This location closed and I didn’t receive any correspondence to inform me. I have fumbled around for an entire year trying to get my prescription or even use my warranty and spent almost $400 for what? No follow-up. I am so beyond enraged because obviously my vision is important to me, and apparently only me. PEARLE Vision will NEVER receive another dime from me. And if they continue this unprofessionalism they should never get a penny out of you either.
Best experience ever in purchasing glasses! They helped me pick out the best frame for my face shape and preferences. They quickly verified my insurance and my out of pocket costs and I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. My glasses arrived faster than expected and they were just as professional and courteous during my pick up. The glasses did not need any adjustments and fit me perfectly. I would definitely be going back to them again!
About a month ago my husband and I decided to visit the Pearle Vision Mansfield and we stumbled on a gem. Shannon and Jade are extremely friendly. They were patient as we both were looking for glasses. My husband walked away with a pair that he Loves and I still had my reservation. Well,here I am with my purchase and I love my eyewear as well. My husband & I both went in for glasses & the girl that helped us was so very nice & friendly. She let us take all the time we needed to pick out our frames & lenses & answered all the questions we had. It made our shopping experience quite pleasant.
Went to the new Pearle Vision store in Mansfield. I was blown away at how easy the whole process was. The owners (Shannon and Jeff) have really simplified the glasses buying/insurance experience. Jade is very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable - she helped me find the perfect frame and lens in my budget - there was no pressure.
