Be very careful of what they try and sell you at Pearle Vision- King of Prussia. Dr. Shilpi Mehta made incorrect diagnosis saying I needed progressive lenses. For many years I only needed glasses for distance and she tells me I need them for everything. So I purchase a progressive pair of glasses, picked them up and could not see my phone, laptop or computer monitors without having to lift my head up and then look out the bottom. I called and they said I needed to come in for training on how to use glasses. I go in and they ... read more
The experience was abysmal. It is not about the doctor but the payment system and administrative system was subpar at best. Who on 2025 doesn't have an online payment system ?
Each location is different so I can only comment on this one. This one is hit or miss. Not sure if they changed management a year or so back too. But I’ve always had one or two mishaps each time I have visited. Once, they never got back to me about my contacts order so it was super late. Another time, my contact prescription was not good and I had to go back in to get my eyes rechecked and the prescription adjusted. The staff at this store was awesome! Great customer service and great experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for your eye exam and eye glasses.
