Bought my glasses five months ago, the local store closed unexpectedly, I've been trying to get customer service to help me, they keep saying they're going to email me or call be back but they never do, I'm about to take legal action
I ordered glasses April 6, 2024. As of July 5, 2024 I still dont have them. It seems as thought they are now out of business. No call no email. What a way to blacken an eye of a decent company. Displays are gone.

My 90 year old father needed an eye exam. The optometrist was phenomenal. He took so much time with my father; he was so thorough. My Father was very impressed with his personal approach, his concern for my father's eye health and sight. The staff, especially Carla was so pleasant, full of needed assistance and information. Thank you for such a wonderful experience for my father as he was very satisfied. We will return for our entire household's vision needs. Thank you all!
