I forgot to check the name! The staff here are very kind and will tell you about glasses! They are very knowledgeable and reassuring. Even when they are busy, they are always there to serve you. I highly recommend them!
Walked in with a set shades that lost a hinge screw for a spring loaded arm. It was impossible to do at home, but the specialist working the store got it put together in minutes.
Would give 10 stars for customer service if I could. No optometrist on staff now but worth it to get an eye exam elsewhere and come here for the superb customer experience!
I would like to bring positive attention to Elisa. I had a small issue with my glasses and even though it was closing time, Elisa happily volunteered to help me out. My day and work week ahead will be better because of Elisa. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!!! Gregg Hilliard
Wow! I was shopping at the Annapolis NEX and needed my glasses adjusted yesterday. It was a great experience. The technician was friendly and as she adjusted my glasses we chatted about gardening. If you haven’t visited this location you should. Great variety of glasses and expert adjustments. This retired CDR sure does appreciate this sort of support!
