I had an appointment scheduled for today at 3:00pm. I received a text message at 2:59pm while in the parking lot that my appointment was cancelled due to a power outage. I was informed that the power had been out since early that morning. It’s unprofessional and inexcusable to not contact clients early in the day when these issues arise.
If there was a zero star, I would give it. This company is the exact reason health care costs are out of control and the reason people cannot afford going to their doctor. My husband and daughter had appointments on 7/10/26. My daughter is healthy, my husband had diabetes. We were told that since my husband had diabetes, they had to bill my medical insurance. Staff is professional, personable, answered all my questions.
Our appointments were for 4:20 and 4:40 we were not seen until after 5:00. We did not leave the office until 6:00. When I questioned what was taking so long the doctor himself came out and blamed it on customers earlier in the day that had insurance issues, we’re running late and etc. Not professional at all!
I had a great experience at Pearle Vision! The entire process was quick, smooth, and seamless from start to finish. They did a great job leading up to my appointment with reminders and having the pre-appointment paperwork ready to complete ahead of time, which made everything so easy once I arrived. The doctor and the entire staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming.
