I had an issue with my glasses today, the nose piece broke off. I called the store, they confirmed they carried the nose piece, I then stopped in and they swapped it out in a matter of minutes. Great experience!

Shocked by positive reviews here. Went today for my routine eye exam which I didn't end up having. Receptionist was attempting to double dip my insurances by collecting both vision and health insurance info to submit under both. I was then being forced into a $40 add on to my eye exam or told I had to have dialation or my insurance would not cover my exam (also not true).
