Been going for here for 5 years. Went to make an appointment and the front office people were horrible. Could not get me on the schedule. Now I am looking for a new doctor and eye place.
Staff and Raquel Antoine,OD were awesome to work with. Dr. Antoine is very knowledgeable and explains well. She takes the time to make sure your comfortable with new changes. Very good experience.
Very pricey Misleading information on insurance paperwork. My Insurance company does not require my pupils to be dilated or examined. Yet their paperwork states that it’s required. That lie was told to me and now I will never trust a thing they say. As far as glasses go. Do not fall victim to their outrageous prices. Get your script and make sure they include the PD portion of your requirements. So you can easily order online Zenni Optical is fantastic!
