Made my son an appointment for November. His dad took him in for his appointment and they said he didn’t have an appointment despite having a confirmation email. Huge waste of time.
Terrible experience at this office. They never answer their phone, do not return messages you leave, and often times aren't even there during their "business hours". My son needed his frames replaced in August - was told it would be a week - it's Mid-October and we just now received them in the mail AND they are the wrong ones! This apparently is an independently owned Pearle Vision and not associated with other locations. We will NOT be going back to this office in the future.
