I had an unpleasant experience. The woman working never acknowledged me while I was waiting, spoke to me rudely when she finally did, and even helped another customer who arrived after me without any explanation. When I asked questions, she seemed impatient and dismissive. the way I was treated was very disappointing. What made it worse was that her attitude toward other customers was completely different, which made me feel even more unwelcome. I will never return to this place.

This was my first time at Pearl Vision in Wood Dale and I was very impressed and well taken care of! The whole staff was very helpful but a special thank you to Ricardo! His expertise and customer care really made the difference!!! Also, thank you to Dr. Arianas who expertly fixed the problem with my prescription! Highly recommend!
