Superb service and attention by Dr. Alsina and Jazmin. Multiple exams performed with detailed explanation of results as well as recommendations. Frame and lens options explained in detail, very professional, with recommendations as what is best given my prescription. Highly recommend.
Horrible experiencia! Mi cita era a las 9:00am para examen de vista en Montehiedra Mall. Me enviaron mensaje de texto de q llegara 1/2 hora antes, para mi sorpresa pasaron las 9:00am y todavía estaba cerrado, SI, la persona q abre la óptica llegó tarde. Abrieron la tienda y como se fue la luz la noche anterior tuve q esperar como 15 minutos para q el sistema subiera.
