Added additional charges to the bill submitted to my insurance company. Charged me for 'copay' portion when I told them that I had already met the max out of pocket.
Very friendly, professional staff and everyone was extremely helpful. From the check-in, to searching for frames before the exam, and during the exam, I had a very pleasant experience.
The staff is pleasant to deal with.
I had a great experience, but there was definitely a need to get the nice ladies up front some help. It was rather busy when I arrived. And a tip for folks going there, make it easier on yourself and them and fill out the registration info ahead of time when they send you the link 🙂
