Called on Friday to see why I had not heard about the referral for eye surgery since my exam, right days ago. Talked to an office person who asked if they could put me on hold and I agreed. It was 20 minutes to quitting time. I was on hold for 20 minutes because I could not believe the left for the weekend without coming back to my call, but that must be what happened because they did not answer when I called back. Wonderful friendly staff when they're there. Super clean and helpful, unfortunately there's room for improvement. Several times they've closed hours early. Very expensive, I ordered lenses only for some frames I already had, with premium insurance it was still almost $400.00.
