I recently visited Pearl Vision Eye Clinic with my mother for eye check-ups, and I cannot express how impressed we were with the care we received. Great selection of frames. The Doctor was five stars, the technician was five stars but the maker of the lenses was one star at best. Without a doubt the worst glasses I have ever purchased. I'll never go back again. This is my second pair of sub standard eye glasses from them. I feel stupid for giving them a second chance. BTW I spent over $900 on this junk.
I love Pearl! I switched to them a few years back and their Customer Service has always been excellent and they always have great optometrists! I would highly recommend to anyone!
My review is slightly lenghty. I will preface that I moved to Zephyrhills in the last year and a half. I made the choice to find a local optometrist for convenience instead of driving all the way back to Tampa for Pearle Vision as I used to. Turns out convenience comes in many forms and it's not always about saving time. My experience with Pearle Vision was night and day in comparison to my new optometrist. Very accommodating and friendly individuals in this place. They were extremely efficient and willing to explain procedures and options. They patiently and warmly guided me through EVERYTHING! They have earned my trust and respect and I intend to engage with them for all of my vision needs. I would recommend them wholeheartedly!!
