I went to get my son's glasses fix at Pearle Vision at Citrus Park Mall in Tampa da don I was serviced by a really caring, kind and professionally service agent named Collin. It was a great experience being service by Collins because he was not only courteous, but understanding with my situation. I recently visited Pearl Vision Eye Clinic with my mother for eye check-ups, and I cannot express how impressed we were with the care we received. My mother has a medical condition that requires extra attention, and the staff went above and beyond to provide the compassion and professionalism we needed. Great selection of frames. The Doctor was five stars, the technician was five stars but the maker of the lenses was one star at best. Without a doubt the worst glasses I have ever purchased. I'll never go back again. This is my second pair of sub standard eye glasses from them. I feel stupid for giving them a second chance. BTW I spent over $900 on this junk.
