Amanda is a real credit to Pearl Vision. I had a minor problem with my glasses, and within 10 minutes I was out the door with my glasses fixed. Thank you Amanda.
This was a great experience overall. Every person I talked to was very friendly and personable despite it being quite busy. I needed new lenses but I brought in my own vintage frames, they said it would be no issue due to my prescription width in the frames. I would say the price was pretty good overall for the exam and frames. Definitely would recommend over most other places I have visited.
I have been going to this Pearle Vision for the past 6 years and ever since susy and Jessica left they replaced the clinic with new girls. I called to get my contacts replaced and this nasty lady answered the phone. After a nasty discussion, I asked for her name and she refused to give me it. Fire the new people, bring back the old. What a SHAME.
