Filled out paperwork a week before my daughter's appointment, entered insurance information, called to verify the insurance was taken but no one called me back...arrived to our appointment, they had printed all my paperwork, including insurance information and no one said anything. Had the appointment and after they said that will be $128, I asked how is that possible because our insurance covers the visit... she said "oh we dont take your insurance"... Appointment was quick in and out. No pressure to buy frames and lenses from them. Very friendly staff. Good place to go for an eye exam.
