Great service!
My eye was injured and pearl saw me immediately, gave me an exam, flushed my eye, wrote a script, and I was all healed up by the next day. $27 with my insurance. Saved myself a trip to the ER.
Very expensive place to shop. It's a month later, and I still don't have my glasses worst experience ever. I was told I could not get a refund , but they don't tell you that the glasses will come in whenever they feel like it. I paid over $1700 for 2 pairs of glasses and only received one. DO NOT SHOP THERE. THEY HAVE NOT EVEN RETURNED MY CALL.
Got my new glasses here. Can't see out of them; everything is blurry. Went back for a follow up with the Optometrist and she said give it a month and let your eyes adjust. She said call them if I am still having issues. I've been calling and calling; leaving messages and no one has returned my call. So, I called the main Pearl customer service # and told them my story and all they did was forward my call to the same Pearl store I have been calling. I paid $600 for my glasses and I can't see.
