This location has continually not answered their phones and have random days that they choose to be open. Been trying to pick up my glasses for a week. I initially ordered glasses to be shipped to the miamisburg location and I did that intentionally knowing this location would not be my first choice because I've had terrible customer service at trotwood, but whoever I ordered them with over the phone instead shipped it to this location.
