I recently went to this location to get an eye exam and receive the worst customer service I've ever received before I was informed that it was take 2 weeks to get my glasses in but a month and a half later I still haven't received my glasses. The receptionist was rude and told me that she would reach out with the status update but never reached out several times. I would advise anybody looking for an eye exam to seek other services
The eye doctor there was very good!!! I asked him many questions and he took the time to answer them all. Even when I apologized for taking so much of his time and I didn't want to delay anyone. He told me that it is very important to listen to the patient and fully explain everything. Ryan was great!!!
Dr. was wonderful and friendly...informative. The gentleman who fitted my glasses was also great with information and made me feel comfortable. Lady at frnt was on top of things and did her job well. I just really enjoyed my visit, leaving happy, and will definitely go back to see that doctor.
