I am so very grateful to the employees at this location. Only been a client for one year. My doggo has chewed up my glasses twice since I purchased them. Both incidents have been met with prompt attention and professionalism. This second time, I just had a knee replacement last week and I am unable to drive to the location. Theron, an employee not only found me a replacement frame the same day, he picked up the frame at the Polaris location, came to my home (I love very close) and retrieved the chewed frame so he could then ... read more
Emily, Theron and Dr Hookway were all very friendly. I had a wonderful experience at this office and I was able to get a year supply of contacts affordably. I would highly recommend this office.
Everyone was very welcoming and answered all questions I had. I look forward to my new glasses coming in!
