TELEMED Doctor!! . The appointment was made online and we were unaware that we were not physically seeing a doctor. The online process was my opinion deceiving. They ran over 40 minutes past the schedule time and only had one customer in there. They completed the stigmatism test which we were charged for, but none of the process was explained. Will never return.
Everyone is always very nice and knowledgeable! Love going to petal vision in Delaware! No pushy sales people. Eye exam very thorough

I visited this office about 10 months ago to get fitted for contacts. I paid an extra amount out of pocket for this service. However, I never received any trial contacts. Instead, I’ve been receiving bills for months from a person who doesn’t even live here. I’ve called this office multiple times to explain the discrepancy and ask for my contacts. I was assured that they would mail them directly to my house, but they never do. Essentially, I’ve spent the cost of the exam without any results. It’s quite frustrating.
Delaware store- Staff were very kind and accommodating. Office was very clean. Easy access to location. New technology was introduced to me with Telehealth Dr visit and it was a cool process. 2 thumbs up! Keep up the great work.
