So impressed with Pearle Vision, Alamo! I was in search of nice prescription readers and was pleasantly surprised with the professional, efficient, friendly customer service provided by Judy. I was on a lunch break but because Judy took the time to look at various frames, offering her honest opinion on how the frames did or did not complement my features, and worked with me to find not one, but 2 pairs that I genuinely loved. Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. The eye exam was top notch. Glad I choose this place to get an eye exam. Had plenty of frame selection.

Amazing place , friendly staff and nice customer service. Dr Smith is really through with the eye exam and explain in details about all the procedures. Nice selection of frames and lenses based on your budget. This is the 2nd year for me and my family here. Will definitely recommend this place for eye exam.

So glad that Dr. Beverly Jue-Smith is back! I've seen her for years. She is thorough and attentive. Also keeps in close contact with my opthamologist (dry eye and narrow angles). Glasses came back with an issue and they resolved it and had a new pair within four days. All of the staff is also great. I never felt rushed when looking for frames.
