Only reason I’m even giving two stars is because the optometrist is freaking awesome. My husband, my daughter and myself have been using this location for a few years. Their prices are absolutely ridiculous. Most of the time we are using insurance so it covers quite a bit and they usually have frames I love compared to the selections found at other retailers so I begrudgingly still pay the crazy overage out of pocket. All in this office are knowledgeable, welcoming, knowledgeable, and caring! I wouldn’t trust my eyes to anyone else! Dr. Helmy is awesome!
They have the best selection of frames and the staff is very helpful. They literally go way beyond any place I have been over the years. My prescription was a little off from another place and they offered to recheck my vision and fixed my prescription. They even let me change the frames I selected because I needed bigger ones. I would give Ricky, and the entire staff 10 stars!
