The Doctor is the best I’ve had, however that’s where it stops. The front of the house turns into a sales first atmosphere and not customer focused. They charge you to use your current frames to force you to buy a new pair. Makes no sense to pay for something I already paid for.
My friend recommended Pearle Vision. Outstanding service from the time I got to my appointment, to the time I left. Every single employee was so very kind and helpful. 10/10 I highly recommend!
This particular store is staffed by individuals who both cannot identify what services they are able to provide and then, after being told they would be able to provide them, in this case putting lenses onto a frame, given a day they would be ready (today), was told they weren't able to complete this after all. So basically, I had my frames and lenses sitting around their store, without having anyone call me to let me know. So glad to be back under the care of Dr. Helmy. He saved my vision, going above and beyond when I got rusted debris stuck in the cornea of one eye.
