I appreciate the Saturday appointment. The staff is amazing. The Dr feels like a friend.
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your location and to request a full refund for the eye exam. I have had to return three times due to multiple issues — an incorrect initial prescription, contact lenses that did not work properly, and poor communication from your staff.
