Was in today at the lime ridge location and working with Cyndi and she was amazing. Cyndi helped answer many questions and priced out multiple pairs of glasses and frames. She even helped change my choice part way through. If you come in definitely ask for Cyndi Was in again today (April 2025) and was helped by Sneha who was again very personable, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Sneha was phenomenal. She fixed my glasses that had been bent and she was just so lovely to interact with.
Update 3 Years Later(2025): Still the best customer service. I know many customers spend more money here than I do, but their customer service continues to keep me here. Recently had an issue with my contact lenses and they helped me out. Thank you to your friendly staff! 2022: Always a positive experience at this store. Always greeted and either helped or told someone will be right with me, which is never a long wait. Prompt, helpful, and friendly staff; in person or on the phone.
