I spent about 40 minutes comparing frames across three different stores in the mall before returning to this location fully ready to purchase. I was prepared to buy two pairs of glasses, had already chosen one frame, and was deciding between a couple of others when the service took an unacceptable turn. Buyer beware- MULITPLE times we have ordered contacts from here to wait and wait and never receive and when we call they say they “had to wait to submit order” which means forgot, they are “pending” etc. leaving us without contacts or any samples on hand to give us. No one ever calls to tell you these things, tho... when you order contacts, it usually means you need them! It’s poor customer service to not keep your paying customers informed! I have been wearing glasses for over 40 years. My experience with Pearle vision has been amazing. EMILY you rock! Patient with my changing my mind on frames. Honestly opinion regarding what they looked like. Professional kind and a great sense of humour. No pressure sales tactics but honest and helpful and patient. knows her stuff. One of the best eye glass shopping experiences I have ever had. And i habe had maaany BRAVO!!!!
Pearle Vision Quinte Mall staff & manager could not have been more helpful. Lisa gave us many options to suit our needs. She is very knowledgable and made our experience extremely positive. We highly recommend this location.
