Friendly, speedy and capable. Always a pleasure to stop in to grab new glasses. My favorite glasses store in town. Update: It was time for renewal and the process was seamless. Exceptional service.
Very bad service as they said we gonna receive our order in one week and specially told them that its a birthday gift even after 2 weeks still making excuses.
The level of service and follow‑up fell short of what we expected. The “don’t‑care” attitude we encountered left us feeling undervalued as a customer.
I bought new glasses here. And when it came to fitting them, they never even checked anything. I couldn't even read because the line was so a small where they had put my bifocal. Not a very good place to get eyeglasses
