Im in the process of getting my fiest pair of progressive glasses and started interacting with the store manager Marcia Bodreau. She helped me make the right decisions while patiently listening to my concerns and requirements. The genuine interest she shows in her clients is really book worthy. A true professional who knows what she's talking about, serving clients with the best of intentions. . . Im glad she is handling my case.
Ill NEVER get anything there again. Took almost 3 weeks for a basic pair of glasses. Unbelievably frustrated.
Recently bought a pair of Meta glasses. Started with a phone call for some initial questions, then an in person visit to buy and now a warranty issue. All the interactions with store staff were excellent, friendly and professional. In particular, Michel was excellent to work with and made my warranty issue seamless and easy to work through. Well done!
