I’m writing this on behalf of my wife that just went to the Spruce Grove location and was assisted by Sabrina. My wife needed her 4 pairs of sunglasses repaired and Sabrina was very kind, professional and efficient in making the repairs. We will be returning to that location for all our eyewear needs! Highly recommend !
I’m not the type to leave bad reviews. I always liked this business up until now. I booked an appointment for today. I would’ve been on time till a car cut me off and a train stopped me. I decided to call in because I would’ve been 5 minutes late. Sabrina who I spoked too told me if I’m not there 5-10 minutes I would’ve had to reschedule because there were 4 patients behind my schedule. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Afzal for an eye exam. In my many years, I have not seen an optometrist as thorough as him. He spent adequate time and showed a lot of care. I highly recommend!
Sabrina was extremely patient and encouraging while trying on contacts for the first time. She has also been very helpful in answering so many of my questions as this is all new to me! Thanks so much
