They were able to fit me in same day for an eye infection and were very kind. The appointment was mostly on time (about five or ten minutes behind, which is totally understandable since emergencies exist) and the appointment itself was quick.
If you need glasses , run to Pearl Vision. My husband and I received the best service from Rebecca. I had occasion to interact with a few other employees who were also excellent with customer service. This team worked with me until everything was perfect. We will be sending our friends and family to Pearl Vision.
Very professional and easy to deal with
I’m writing this on behalf of my wife that just went to the Spruce Grove location and was assisted by Sabrina. My wife needed her 4 pairs of sunglasses repaired and Sabrina was very kind, professional and efficient in making the repairs. We will be returning to that location for all our eyewear needs! Highly recommend !
