To Pearle Vision Corporate Office, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the treatment I received at your Pearle Vision Eastgate location in Cincinnati, Ohio. On my visit, I attempted to use my Ohio Medicaid (Anthem) vision benefits, which fully cover: - A comprehensive eye exam - Standard lenses - Standard frames - No copay or out-of-pocket cost Your staff completed my exam, but when it was time to receive my glasses, I was told I was required to pay --$150--- in cash for a UV coating. Great assistance as I entered the store. Helped me understand how the process works and were able to get me in to see the Doctor just the next afternoon.
They dont answer ther phone at the store. Appointments are fine and go as expected
