The glasses we bought from this store (less than a year and a half ago and paid over $600) developed a strange defect in the lens - not a scratch or crack - a clouding area that kept growing. It is clearly a manufacturer defect. This store would not take responsibility to work with us to correct the problem. Service was good but if you are paying out of pocket be prepared. $800 for an exam and lenses (re-using current frames).
We will never be giving them our business again. My husband ordered contacts from them on 11/5 and we received only one side. For two weeks they told us they didn’t know where the other two boxes of the other eye were and that they couldn’t track them. Finally on 12/9 they called him and told him that they would be in on Wednesday and I went to pick them up and they were not there yet again because the doctor forgot to bring them.
