The experience started out well, but quickly went downhill. One of the two pairs of glasses I ordered was made incorrectly. I was then promised three weeks in a row that the corrected glasses would be ready, but each promise came and went without delivery. It ultimately took eight weeks for them to arrive—and unbelievably, they were wrong again. At that point, I was completely frustrated and asked for a refund, only to be told no. The glasses we bought from this store (less than a year and a half ago and paid over $600) developed a strange defect in the lens - not a scratch or crack - a clouding area that kept growing. It is clearly a manufacturer defect. This store would not take responsibility to work with us to correct the problem. They insisted we get a new exam and prescription (it was expired) and pay for new lenses. Where is the manufacturer's responsibility?
