Service was good but if you are paying out of pocket be prepared. $800 for an exam and lenses (re-using current frames).
We will never be giving them our business again. My husband ordered contacts from them on 11/5 and we received only one side. For two weeks they told us they didn’t know where the other two boxes of the other eye were and that they couldn’t track them. Finally on 12/9 they called him and told him that they would be in on Wednesday and I went to pick them up and they were not there yet again because the doctor forgot to bring them. Loved the atmosphere there. Very friendly and professional staff.
The optometrist was excellent on both of my visits. There sales staff are not very friendly or helpful. Felt as if I was an interruption to their day, prices are competative. I will be back fir exams only.
I don’t think I’ll be back here for my family. In my experience, the doctors are great but the front end staff is not. Today they were very busy answering phones and didn’t know how to prioritize customers or multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude. I had to listen to them complain non-stop about being busy because the phone rang 6 times while I was trying to check out.
