I am writing to let you know about a friendly, patient and knowledgable staff member by the name of Afshin. I was looking for some new glasses and I found him very knowledgable about your products and he gave me many options for purchasing them. He also went the extra mile by fixing and cleaning and repairing my old glasses, he explained to me the differences in lenses too! I never felt pressured to by them there, but did because of his patience and great service, I did.
We had the pleasure of meeting Han today. My dad is hard of hearing and she was so patient and kind. She was diligent in explaining our options and helping us get the best price for his needs. Thank you so much Han you are a lovely lady.
