Amazing customer service—the best I’ve experienced in a long time. The two women who helped me were incredibly kind and patient. They took the time to walk me through all of my options and were completely transparent with me throughout the entire process. One of them even fixed my existing glasses, which were terribly bent, and I truly appreciated such a thoughtful gesture.
