Everything was great for the whole visit. Dr. Rhemtulla was thorough in his explanation of everything during exam and Forouzan was extremely helpful in helping select frames I liked and sizing me up.
Frozen was very helpful and guided me to make a good decision on my glasses
I visited Pearle Vision at Chinook Mall in July 2026 to have my glasses fixed after they became loose. The staff member helped me right away without asking unnecessary questions, and she focused on fixing my glasses carefully and efficiently. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick service and the professionalism. She returned my glasses in a very timely manner, and I truly appreciated the excellent customer service. Based on my experience, I am happy to give them 5 stars.
Tarbinder has been helping me with all my eyeglasses for the last 4 years. I have not had any comparable level of expertise and wonderful service anywhere else. She is knowledgeable and very accommodating. I would give her 100 stars if i could.
