***CONSUMER BEWARE*** Pearl Vision will ask for your medical insurance information when you come to your visit…DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM. I came for an annual checkup and paid my vision copay. The doctor gave me medicine that I had an allergic reaction to. He said to stop back in to check on the reaction, which I did (about 15 minute visit). had my RIGHT lens crack, and needed it to be replaced. I called for two months (January-March) before someone at the office would actually order the lens. Once the fixed RIGHT lens came in, I went to get it replaced. They replaced BOTH the left lens and the right lens. Two different prescription lenses were put in my frames. I have specialty lenses and require prisms in my lenses in BOTH eyes. I currently only have ONE lens with prisms, the right side. The left lens does not have prisms. I when for an eye exam and new glasses. Eye doctor was excellent, professional, friendly and thorough.
Not happy customer! The doctor provided an incorrect prescription and the facility refused to recheck the prescription for warranty! The representative asked me to pay again for my exam! Not recommended!
If one is planning to get glasses from these people then I suggest you don't. I had severe issues with them returning my calls and finding my ordered glasses. This is not the first time I have had these same issues with Pearle Vision . The first time in early 2022 I thought it was because of the covid pandemic, but have since realized it was not that but poor pearle vision customer service. I am selecting 5 stars for Evelyn. I had to wait with no return phone calls from the town Center store for almost a month. I finally got Evelyn and she found that my sun glasses came in but my glass lens were lost somewhere. She got right to work and continued to call me to let me know what was going on and was able to get them to me before I went to visit home. We (my husband and I) have been going to this Pearle Vision location for MANY years. It is top notch! The selection of frames is awesome. Everyone there is very helpful and while some have come and gone over the years, we have always been lucky enough to have Elvi work with us. Her knowledge of the business, dealing with insurance companies, and eyewear styling is unsurpassed. We had wrong prescriptions for the whole family, and my wife has two pair of glasses due to wrong prescriptions. This is the Doctor error and we have faced so many lives risk during driving which the store peoples can't understand. we went to their store, but they deny the lens replacement and asking for more money. This is their usual business and make money like making mistakes. Very frustrating experience with this store and the manager.
