I still stand by my google review, you all have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I went to Walmart with the same request to have the lenses put in a different frame same lenses!!! You all didn’t want to try!!!
RecommendedAfter having received great service during my inspection of my eyes I went next door to the eyeglass part of the business. I received the best customer service by far in the 42 years I have been wearing glasses. The owner’s calm demeanor and disposition and his level of professionalism was amazing. 5 stars does not adequately do justice for both sides of the business. I was made to feel important both as a potential buyer and as a person. They have me as a client for good. Amazing service!
Excellent service very knowledgeable. I love my glasses. I put them on the first time and I had no problems, It was great. I have been to other places and I would have to return to fix the lenses. Not the ones from Pearle Vision Richmond, Texas. Thank you!!!!
I am sooo thankful for finding this place (must be hidden hands, as I live in Cypress, and are never on that side of town)! I have been to so many different places, trying to find glasses I like, in my price range, that takes my insurance, that's run by people who know what they are doing, and who actually care. Put my glasses in my backpack real quick instead of the case on a trip. Needless to say a lens popped out and I tried for a long time to try and fix it. Could not do it. Stopped by and Biakle was able to fix it in less than two minutes. He’s the man! Thank you Sir!
